Professional care of clients at home under the supervision of specialists

Promotion of client satisfaction (clients, relatives)

Assessment tools:

• Quality controls / Client feedback
• Number of complaints and grievances Main tasks
• Basic care: carries out simple basic care for clients
• Recognizes any changes or emergency situations in clients, takes initial

measures and requests immediate help:

• Forwarding and documentation of client needs to the nursing team Side tasks
• Documentation of care interfaces and cooperation
• Head of Nursing
• Deputy Head of Nursing
• Nursing team

Qualifications & Skills Professional experience:

• School leavers also possible
• Experience in simple basic care of elderly people is an advantage

Qualifications

• Nursing Assistant SRK, Nursing Assistant or AGS
