• Permanent • Agency LA CHAUX-DE-FONDS • Bulle, Switzerland Ref : CDF11-006640 - Published on 22/7/2026 • * • * • Job description ## Perform finishing operations, notably the polishing and brightening of prepared surfaces Guarantee the dimensional and aesthetic control of the produced parts Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives in order to optimize production processes Requirements ## Experience in polishing and brightening watchmaking decoration components, considered a major asset AFP or CFC in Polishing an asset Knowledge of automatic or semi-automatic finishing an asset Excellent visual acuity, remarkable dexterity, rigor and attention to detail Comfortable with the use of production software Autonomous, organized, and possessing a good team spirit Rigorous and respectful of procedures Availability for shift work (2x8)
