After-sales service technician m/f

Your mission ##

• Maintenance and servicing work in the HVAC field (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
• Troubleshooting
• On-call service
• Commissioning
• Quality assurance in one's own field of competence
• Compliance with hygiene and safety rules
• Appropriate use of communication tools (tablets, email) to immediately report/document all interventions
• Team spirit and support for colleagues

Your profile ##

• CFC as a heating, sanitary, ventilation installer, or electrician with experience in HVAC
• 5 years of experience in the fields of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, knowledge of Swiss techniques
• OIBT 15
• Valid driving license B (car)
• Comfortable with usual IT tools
• Flexible, autonomous, and proactive
• Sense of responsibility
• Ability to listen and interpersonal skills
• Team spirit and support for colleagues
• Conveying a positive image through the quality service provided to the customer
