You are our business card in Limmattal! For our branches in Dietikon, Schlieren and Zürich-Altstetten, we are looking for a new team member with a primary focus and home branch in Schlieren.

In this function, you are in direct and active contact with our customers. As a Customer Advisor, you are the first point of contact for our clientele and can deepen your advisory experience and acquire further competencies.

Your Tasks

• Advising private clients in the areas of numbers (account and card range), savings, investing and pension
• Accompanying customers into the digital world
• Recognizing and communicating further customer needs
• Acquiring new customers, recognizing and exploiting potential
• Processing cash transactions, currency exchange and precious metal transactions
• Managing the ATMs
• Providing assistance in other teams if required

Your Profile

• Commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Experience in the advisory and sale of basic financial products
• Joy in active customer advisory
• Affinity for digital channels
• Communicative and a team player
• High acquisition, sales and service orientation
• Flexibility and willingness to take over substitutions at other locations
