Your tasks * Responsible for the apprenticeship training of polymechanics and production mechanics * Preparation of the apprentices for the partial and final examinations as well as supervision of the IPAs * Recruitment of new apprentices in cooperation with our HR * Creation of weekly, semester, and annual work plans * Conducting semester interviews including creation of educational reports * Processing small series on state-of-the-art CNC machines * Creation of prototypes with conventional machines * Setting up various machining machines * Creating and optimizing CNC programs using CAM (TopSolid) and at the machine with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls Your profile * You have successfully completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ * You have been able to gain several years of professional experience and have experience in training apprentices * You have completed the vocational trainer course * You are independent as well as reliable and work with high quality * You are flexible as well as resilient and look forward to working in a small team * You have very good German skills in speaking and writing Our offer We offer you the chance to contribute in a dynamic and demanding environment and to actively participate in the further development of our production.
