Your task ##

• Functional and personnel leadership of a team in the field of control technology
• Analysis, optimization and further development of production processes as well as material flows according to Lean principles
• Ensuring timely and qualitatively flawless production of control systems and components
• Responsibility for the training and support of apprentices
• Close cooperation with logistics, AVOR, quality management, development and

other interfaces

• Ensuring the applicable safety and quality standards
• Promotion, coaching and targeted further development of employees

Your profile ##

• Completed basic technical training as Automatiker EFZ, Automatikmonteur EFZ, Elektroniker EFZ or comparable
• Further education in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, systems technology at HF / FH level or similar
• Experience in functional and personnel leadership in a production environment
• Existing know-how in the training and supervision of apprentices
• Technical understanding in electrical, pneumatic and mechanical areas
• Knowledge of Lean Management is an advantage
• Responsible, team-oriented and proactive personality with a cooperative leadership style
• Fluent German skills, English skills are an advantage
