Clerk Construction Police Specialist Unit (m/f/d)

• Preparation and formulation of statements for projects and requests from third parties (applicants) concerning national highways for the attention of the Baupolizei of the ASTRA
• Obtaining positions, clarifications and consultation of the statements
• Participation in Baupolizei meetings of the ASTRA
• Coordination and exchange of information between GEVI and the Baupolizei ASTRA
• Issuing of offers and settlements for the attention of ASTRA
• Collaboration and assistance with administrative matters of the Projektmanagement Bau of the GEVI
• Deputization at local appointments for the purpose of inspections and enforcement controls
• Completed technical or commercial training EFZ
• Experience in the construction industry, for example planning office, construction company, building department of a municipality or a canton
• Very good IT skills (MS Office)
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Customer-oriented behavior, negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Independent and efficient way of working
• Responsible, varied and very independent tasks
