CRK is looking for reinforcement: Become part of one of the leading communication agencies in Switzerland. Since 1989, we have been shaping communication that works. Today, CRK (CR Kommunikation AG) employs around 40 employees at the locations Zürich, Basel, Bern and Lausanne. We are a member of Leading Swiss Agencies (LSA) and have been part of the MYTY Group since 2021. For our Bern location, we are looking for a Senior Consultant Public Affairs and Lobbying 80 to 100 % starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your role
At CRK, you will specifically expand lobbying. You represent the concerns of our clients towards parliament, administration, cantons and associations and develop strategies with them for their political dossiers. You analyze business, identify early where majorities are forming, conduct discussions and build alliances. The focus is on energy and infrastructures, such as power grids, data centers and digital infrastructure. Here we manage long-term mandates and want to continue to grow. At the same time, we are open to new fields: whether it is health, European politics or another dossier in which you are at home, bring your topics with you. You work closely with our teams in Campaigning and Corporate Communications. When a dossier becomes a public debate or a vote, we accompany our clients from a single source. You win new mandates, manage them independently and actively help shape the further development of our offering.

What you bring

• Several years of experience in Public Affairs or lobbying, acquired in an agency, an association, a company, in parliamentary operations or in the administration.
• Solid craftsmanship: You know the legislative process, consultations and commission work from practice.
• An established network in parliament and administration, across party lines.
• In-depth knowledge and contacts in energy policy or in infrastructure topics. Other fields such as health, European or digital policy are a plus.
• Enjoyment of acquisition and experience in leading demanding mandates.
• Political intuition, discretion and a transparent attitude towards interest representation.
• A completed university degree or a comparable qualification.
• Stylish German, very good French skills and good English skills.
