Our company has about ten employees who are committed daily to satisfying our clientele.

Thus, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a:

Experienced Works Director (M/F) at 100%

Your mission:

• Participate in the development and project management in an autonomous manner.
• Conduct and direct the works until the acceptance of the work.
• Be in close contact with the mandatories, the companies and the Client.
• Establish the measurements and the tender documents.
• Elaborate the work schedules and be able to follow them.
• Control and follow the costs.
• Verify the choice of materials, the construction principles and manage the modifications to be made in agreement with the client.
• Establish the coordination, the control of the plans of the mandatories as well as the fabrication plans.
• Establish and follow the authorization request file by being in contact with specialized professionals and the public authorities.

Your profile:

• Holder of a HES/EPF architect diploma, ES technician in construction planning, with experience in the execution and works management phases of more than five years in a similar position in Switzerland.
• You possess a sense of initiative and know how to manage emergencies and priorities.
• Are independent and have the skills to plan and manage execution deadlines.
• Capacity to assume the financial management of construction sites.
• Very good command of the office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) as well as Project and Planner.
• Knowledge of drawing software and Messerli is an asset.
• To have great rigor, precision, autonomy and capacity for adaptation.
• Possess great ease of communication to ensure a transparent and harmonious relationship between the various stakeholders.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
