• 20 août 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • Zürich HR Generalist with specialization in administration & development of processes From 1 January 2027 or by agreement, we are looking for a motivated person to strengthen our team of three in Services & Support at the Basel or Zurich site. The team is responsible for the areas of finance, communication & marketing, personnel, infrastructure as well as general support for our project managers - and is looking forward to committed reinforcement! • You are responsible for HR operational administration from A to Z, from job offers to integration, to departures. Meanwhile, you keep an eye on benefits, salaries, social security benefits and employee anniversaries. • You support our team leaders in the development and coaching of our employees as well as in personnel organization. • You develop processes according to needs and support organizational and site development. • As a member of the administrative team, you assume administrative and organizational tasks in the form of project management support, survey work, infrastructure tasks and data management. Repetitive elements do not scare you. You possess training as an HR specialist (or equivalent) with solid professional experience in SMEs and are very motivated to not only develop ideas, but also to put them into practice. You are ready to travel to our offices in order to have good contact with all employees of the different Lemon sites as part of your work. As a communicative person, you have a very good command of German orally and in writing and ideally, you have experience in employer branding. You are a committed and autonomous person, you want to collaborate appreciatively in a team and have a marked interest in sustainability issues.
