For our renowned customer from the Buchrain LU region, an established and leading company, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality as   CNC-Engineer / Polymechaniker EFZ ( m/w/d) # Employment: 100% Location: Luzern Industry: Industry various Publication date: 30.07.2026 Your activities • Programming: You create, optimize, and adapt CNC programs for complex workpieces (ideally via CAM system). • Setup: You independently set up modern CNC machining centers (turning and milling) and prepare them for production. • Manufacturing: You monitor the manufacturing process of individual parts, prototypes, or small series. • Quality: You continuously perform first-piece and in-process controls using precise measuring instruments to ensure the highest quality standards. • Optimization: You further develop manufacturing strategies and optimize existing tool and cutting data.   Your profile • Training: Completed vocational training as Polymechaniker EFZ (focus on manufacturing technology an advantage). • Experience: Sound experience in CNC manufacturing (turning and/or milling). • Software: Ideally, you bring experience with CAM software. • Controls: Sound knowledge of common CNC controls (e.g., Heidenhain, Fanuc, Siemens). • Working style: You work extremely precisely, with quality awareness, independently, and bring a high degree of personal responsibility.   What you can expect • Infrastructure: A state-of-the-art machine park with the latest CNC centers and CAD/CAM workstations. • Projects: Exciting, varied components and demanding geometries. • Development: Targeted further training opportunities in the field of CNC and CAM technology. • Climate: A motivated team of specialists and an open, collegial company culture. • Conditions: Attractive, market-oriented remuneration as well as modern employment conditions and social benefits.   Are you interested?
