Your tasks As a director of works, you are responsible for the activities within your area of responsibility and coordinate all work in relation to deadlines and the work program you created. You are a reliable contact person for the contractors we commission and create the best possible framework conditions for the execution of the work. You can assert yourself and are a model of commitment to the contractors and craftsmen involved. By efficiently checking and processing measurements and invoices, you ensure that the services provided can be paid as quickly as possible. You are familiar with the contractual agreements with our partners, ensure that they are respected or requested, and check the quality of the work. You communicate openly internally and are able to develop solutions to problems. You report to the project manager or the general project manager. Your profile Training in the construction sector and specialization as a director of works and/or several years of experience as a director of works. You are efficient and possess a high degree of technical, social and leadership competence. You are self-critical despite your abilities and also know your weaknesses. You are a team player and support your colleagues with your knowledge and skills.
