The Kompetenzzentrum Soziale Dienste Untersee & Rhein fulfills the tasks of social assistance, case management, and legal guardianship for various member municipalities from the Untersee, Rhein, and Seerücken regions. It covers a catchment area of around 20'000 inhabitants. For the area of social assistance, alimony, and asylum affairs with the place of work in Diessenhofen, we are looking for an engaged and resilient personality as an addition to our team as Team Leader Case Management Social Assistance, Asylum, Alimony Soziale Dienste Untersee und Rhein, workload 70 - 100 % ## You advise and support clients in the areas of social assistance, asylum, alimony assistance, and income management. In your professional everyday life, you ensure the professional and social (re)integration of your clients, take responsibility for economic assistance according to cantonal legislation, and network with specialist offices, institutions, and authorities in the sense of case management. Together with the team, you shape the further development of the Kompetenzzentrum SDUR. Your task will be significantly facilitated if you ### • bring several years of experience in the case management of public social assistance; • can demonstrate professional competence in statutory social work; • bring leadership experience and are willing to undergo further training in this area; • view complex life situations as a challenge and enjoy dealing with people; • bring good and expeditious work organization, can keep an overview in hectic situations and can work autonomously and solution-oriented; • maintain active professional exchange in the team and value and help shape a good team spirit; • are humorous and resilient.
