In order to strengthen our Core Team P&C entities and our Animal Insurance Division, we are looking for a collaborator, at 60%, from 1 October 2026 for a fixed term of 4 years, as part of an ongoing HEG work-study program. The missions awaiting you: Administrative support for the Department Management Preparation of translations and summaries of documents via AI Creation of PPTX presentations Payment of invoices Your profile: You are following or are about to start a higher education program of the HEG type in business administration Flexible, you are able to adapt to different interlocutors and situations You possess a sharp sense of confidentiality, irreproachable reliability as well as a good team spirit You have a marked interest in AI tools and their applications You have a good mastery of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePointOnline, Teams, Forms) Native French speaker, you have a good oral and written understanding of German You are also curious, conscientious by nature and have an excellent sense of organization.
