For its administrative sector, the Pôle Santé du Pays-d-Enhaut is looking for a :

Hospital Receptionist Activity rate 40 to 60% , from 01.12.2026 or by agreement

Your mission :

• Welcome and direct patients, visitors and the various interlocutors of the hospital
• Ensure the administrative management of patient files, notably during admissions and discharges
• Ensure the sorting and management of mail
• Management of the physiotherapy department agenda
• Manage telephone calls as well as the various email inboxes of the department
• Collaborate closely with the various services of the Pôle Santé
• Ensure the various administrative tasks inherent to the proper functioning of the Reception and Admission Service

Your profile :

• CFC d'employé·e de commerce or title deemed equivalent, with experience in the health field
• Good mastery of usual IT tools; knowledge of the Opale system constitutes an asset
• Marked interest in the health field and contact with patients
• Versatility, flexibility, spirit of initiative and autonomy
• Excellent sense of organization and rigor in work
• Good resistance to stress and capacity to manage several tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Availability to work according to irregular hours, with an activity rate smoothed over the year (including weekends and public holidays)
• Knowledge of German and/or English
