You:

• Holder of a CFC in housekeeping management
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance and cleaning, ideally in a medico-social or community environment
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Carefolio, an asset)
• Excellent command of French, oral and written (minimum C1 level)
• Ability to work autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team
• Schedule flexibility: availability for continuous, split, weekend, and public holiday shifts
• Interpersonal skills, emotional control, and ease in interacting with fragile or struggling people
• Neat presentation, smiling and dynamic attitude, courtesy and sense of contact
• Keen sense of hygiene and cleanliness
• Versatility and open-mindedness

Your main objectives:

• Daily, monthly, and annual maintenance of rooms, circulation areas, and common living areas in compliance with hygiene and safety procedures
• Maintenance of administrative offices
• Versatility in maintenance and cleaning activities across different hotel sectors: cleaning, kitchen, cafeteria, laundry, etc.
• Participate in breakfast service and residents' meals
• Support or even substitute the housekeeping manager in the organization and supervision of housekeeping work, as well as in the management of schedules, orders, stocks, and training of new employees
• Actively participate in the training of GEI apprentices
• Participate in various meetings
• Work in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
