We are looking for, as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, a Social Pedagogue 80% (Prader-Willi-Syndrom residential group) ## The Stiftung Arkadis is a service and competence center for adults with a disability, primarily with a cognitive impairment and/or cerebral palsy, as well as for children and adolescents including their social environment with a disability, a developmental impairment or risk and/or with special health or social support needs. Around 260 employees accompany, care for and promote our clients with a wide range of services. Our clients wish for a person who "is patient, supports us and takes us seriously". Tasks ### • Accompaniment and support of the residents in practical life activities, in leisure time and in psychosocial matters incl. key person work • Completion of household tasks involving the residents • Application and further development of various communication models (AAC, easy language) • Execution of administrative work and participation in team meetings Requirements ### • trained Social Pedagogue (HF or FH) or equivalent training • experience in working with people with disabilities or with mental impairments • interest in acquiring knowledge about Prader-Willi-Syndrom • application knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs • personal competencies: resilient, flexible, team-oriented and consistent personality who can carry and represent our company values Offer ### • responsible, interesting and varied activity • health programs, continuing education offers and attractive social benefits • professional support during induction • a work environment characterized by appreciation Interested?
