Scope of work Service and maintenance work: Professional execution of service, maintenance, and repair work on high-quality E-Bikes and mountain bikes New assembly: Careful assembly of new bikes as well as ensuring their flawless functionality Adjusting ski bindings: Precise assembly, setting, and adjustment of ski bindings according to applicable safety standards Inventory management: Responsibility for the availability of service, spare, and consumable items Workshop and warehouse order: Ensuring order, cleanliness, and an efficient working environment Minor workshop tasks: Execution of general manual activities to support daily business Profile Qualification: Completed training as a bicycle mechanic or comparable professional experience Affinity for sports: Enthusiasm for bikes, sports, and technical products Way of working: Independent, reliable, and responsible execution of daily tasks Strong communication skills: Good German skills in speaking and writing as well as a clear and understandable way of expression
