Your tasks
Collaboration in the enforcement department Animal Welfare Livestock / Primary Production
Timely, independent processing of assigned matters according to the specifications of the department and office management (incl. procedural management and case management)
Conducting official inspections
Ordering administrative measures
Creating inspection protocols, inspection and office reports as well as official decisions
Professional exchange with authorities and third parties
Completion of punctual administrative work for the benefit of the department management
Your profile
completed vocational training in the field of agriculture, veterinary medicine or a related field
completed further training as an Official Specialist Assistant or the willingness to complete this further training
preferably experience in the field of veterinary enforcement
self-initiative and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
social competence and organizational skills
a confident oral and written way of expressing oneself in German
resilience, confident appearance and assertiveness
willingness to participate in the on-call and standby service of the Veterinary Office
driving license Cat. B
