Assistant in Community Nursing and Care (ASSC) in the disability sector ####

MISSION DESCRIPTION

• Integrate into a multidisciplinary team and participate in global support.
• Accompany residents in all acts of daily life and provide them with personalized care.
• Ensure delegated services, basic care, and all activities related to a living environment.
• Perform delegated medical acts in stable care situations.

EXPECTED PROFILE

• Hold a certificate of capacity as an assistant in community nursing and care - CFC
• Hold a right to practice
• Have at least 2 years of experience in the field of care.
• Knowledge of the disability sector is an asset.
• Appreciate working in a multidisciplinary team.
