Berne, Suisse (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Lead a German-speaking team on technical, organizational, and personnel levels • Guarantee the implementation of personnel measures, the timely information of employees, as well as training and further education • Support the area manager in the realization of central tasks and participate in the implementation of the objectives of the division and the main division • Execute, autonomously and in German, risk-oriented audits of taxable persons • Collaborate within the framework of projects, committees, and working groups <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Degree from a university or a higher specialized training institution in finance, accounting, auditing, taxation, or the fiduciary field • Proven experience in a management position and very good knowledge of VAT and auditing techniques • Ability to implement measures that strengthen team spirit, excellent social skills and communication skills • Analytical skills to evaluate economic issues from a tax perspective, sense of responsibility, confidence, and assertiveness • Good active knowledge of two official languages and English, and passive knowledge of a third official language <br /> In a few words In your capacity as a team leader within the External Audit division of the VAT Main Division (DP TVA), you will ensure the correct and uniform application of the VAT law by means of audits of accounting books conducted with taxable persons.
