Electrical Project Manager

The Position

• You lead electrical installation projects of various sizes and accompany them from planning to successful handover
• As a contact person for clients, customers, and project participants, you clarify needs, develop solutions, and create suitable offers
• On construction sites, you coordinate your installation teams and apprentices, plan deployments, and provide support with technical questions
• You keep an eye on project progress, manage deadlines and costs, and ensure professional execution
• With your intuition for customer needs, you maintain existing contacts and win new projects

Your Profile

• Your basic training as an Electrical Installer EFZ or a comparable electrotechnical training forms the basis for this versatile task
• Ideally, you have further training as an Electrical Project Manager with a federal professional certificate (eidg. Fachausweis), as a federal diploma Electrical Installer (eidg. dipl. Elektroinstallateur:in), or an equivalent qualification
• You bring several years of experience in electrical project management or construction management and are used to leading projects independently – from planning to successful completion
• You organize multiple tasks simultaneously in a structured manner, think entrepreneurially, and find suitable solutions even for demanding projects
• You appear confidently when dealing with customers and employees, communicate very well in German, and possess a Category B driver's license
