You are the central contact person for all Facility Management concerns. You ensure order, cleanliness, hygiene as well as a high service quality for internal customers. You organize and monitor cleaning, hygiene and housekeeping services as well as other internal services and consumables. You control external FM service providers and partner companies and are responsible for their quality control. You support audits, inspections and operational tours and participate in infrastructure, sustainability and optimization projects. What you bring Education: Completed basic or further education Specialization: in the technical, manual or commercial field as well as further training in Facility Management, building management, in business administration or comparable. Professional experience: You bring several years of professional experience in Facility Management, building or infrastructure management. You have experience in the leadership of employees as well as in the control of external service providers and partner companies. You are familiar with budget planning, cost control and key performance indicators. You have knowledge in Facility, building and infrastructure management as well as legal regulations in the areas of occupational safety, environment, hygiene and fire protection. You communicate confidently in German and convince with organizational skill, service orientation and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
