To be able to respond effectively to our strong growth and the demands of our clients, we are looking for our Lausanne or Geneva sites DYN SA :  An Account Manager 80-100% Your mission : You will be required to perform the following tasks : • Supervision of the maintenance of general and analytical accounting for a regional client portfolio • Manage the entire payroll process from A to Z for several clients (from the collection of variable elements to the issuance of payslips). • Ensure compliance with legal and conventional obligations regarding payroll and social security contributions. • Organization of debriefings with clients and formulation of relevant recommendations • Coaching and supervision of a team of employees • Acting as the guarantor of regulatory compliance and advising clients in an evolving environment • Assessment of risks and opportunities related to client activities Your profile : • Holder of a federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting, fiduciary agent or equivalent; federal diploma being a plus • Several years of experience in fiduciary and in payroll management • Excellent knowledge of accounting and taxation • Excellent knowledge of the Romand economic fabric • Mastery of usual IT tools (excel, word, outlook) and professional software • Perfect mastery of French, very good knowledge of English • Autonomous, responsible, dynamic, willing, versatile, flexible, organized and knowing how to take initiative Our offer : • A digitalized, stimulating and well-located working environment (5 minutes from Lausanne station or in Plan-les-Ouates) • A flexible organization: 40h/week annualized, flexible hours, teleworking possible • Professional development opportunities: internal/external training, support for skill development • An HR policy oriented towards well-being, with solid social conditions and attractive remuneration
