Customer Relations Officer - Bilingual French/Swiss-German - CDD - 50/80%

For the winter season, we are reinforcing our Customer Service Center at the Givisiez headquarters.

Responsibilities

• You will process customer requests via different channels (telephone, e-mail, etc.) and take their needs into account
• You will answer breakdown calls, process complaints
• You will prepare quotes and/or schedule technician interventions in the software according to importance, urgency, and the availability of human and material resources
• You will contribute to the achievement of commercial performance objectives

Qualifications

Holders of a CFC Employé de commerce, you have proven successful experience in a similar function ideally in automotive service sales or in a call center.
You are comfortable using digital tools.

This position is to be filled on a CDD, 50% - 80%, at the end of September and until the end of the month of December 2026
