Your Role: As our new Process Manager Production (Product Chemist), you have the exciting opportunity to join a leading company in the growing CDMO industry. In this exciting and varied function, you are responsible for and optimize the chemical and physical processes of the overall product portfolio assigned to you, including multi-stage syntheses. As a member of the Product Leadership Team (PLT), you are responsible for the seamless introduction of development projects or customer processes into commercial production operations. For our commercialized products, you will lead the PLT and drive the continuous improvement of processes. In this role, you will also serve as the communication interface with our customers on all operational matters. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the following main tasks: - Realization, maintenance, and optimization of existing and new production processes with regard to cycle time, yield, and costs while complying with cGMP guidelines - Evaluation of new procedures and technologies for feasibility and suitability in the chemical manufacturing facilities - Maintenance, monitoring, and evaluation of product campaigns, including the definition of improvement and process optimization measures - Responsibility for process and procedure documentation, quantity structures, and SAP production recipes - Process provider in investment projects - Co-responsibility for planning, implementation, and compliance with regulatory requirements regarding cGMP, SHE, authorities, etc. with regard to your products Your Profile: Completed university degree (FH, ETH, or university degree) in chemistry with a focus on chemical engineering, industrial chemistry, or organic chemistry Professional experience in chemical or pharmaceutical production or in pilot operations, advantageous in a cGMP environment 3+ years of experience in a similar function Negotiation-secure in German and English (written and spoken) We are looking for you!
