As of 1 September or by arrangement, we are looking for a Specialist Hotel Management and Housekeeping EFZ 60 % Your profile • You have training as a Specialist Hotel Management and Housekeeping EFZ with professional experience in the laundry • You bring the willingness to work at the two locations in Moosseedorf and Bäriswil • Ideally, you have already been able to gain experience with people with an impairment and orient your agogical attitude toward their wishes and needs • An independent way of working, resilience, and teamwork are a matter of course for you • You have good IT skills, are motivated, helpful, flexible, and have polished manners Your tasks • Washing, processing, and distributing the operational and private laundry of our persons with an impairment • Performing textile repair work with the sewing machine and applying name labels with the thermal transfer press • You work together with people with a cognitive impairment, instruct them, and accompany them in their activity • You undertake deputy duties during holiday absences and participate in team meetings We offer • A meaningful task in a lively environment, with careful induction and regular work assignments • A large range of internal further training, as well as social counseling for employees • A well-connected workplace, as well as inexpensive catering options • The salary is based on the standard position description of the Directorate of Health, Social Affairs and Integration Should you be interested in this versatile challenge, we look forward to receiving your complete application at bewerbung@stiftung-tannacker.ch.
