In order to strengthen the Fruit and Vegetable sector team of our MATRAN market, we are looking for, for an immediate start, a Fruit and Vegetable Sector Manager M/F 100% Your responsibilities: • Guarantee a warm welcome and develop contact with customers; respond to client needs and provide professional advice • Daily control of product quality and freshness, sale and consumption dates as well as HACCP standards (cold chain, DLV, freshness, hygiene, cleanliness) • Lead and animate a team of 5 employees • Manage all activities of the Fruit and Vegetable sector • Ensure permanent monitoring of processes as well as product quality. • Act in partnership with other members of management • Follow and highlight market products according to the seasons (harmonization of colors, shapes, etc.) Your profile: • You have a CFC in commerce management or a title deemed equivalent, your experience in a similar position makes you a true professional in all aspects of your job. • As a team manager, you are able to manage and unite a team. • Through your anticipation and rigor, you bring solutions to needs and respond to client expectations. • You are a dynamic and well-organized personality, resistant to pressure and results-oriented. • Furthermore, you master German and standard IT tools. Your good knowledge of the economic fabric of the region is a plus.
