Metallbau Kaufmann GmbH stands for versatile and high-quality metal construction work. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Metalworker EFZ who takes responsibility and rolls up their sleeves both in the workshop and on the construction site.

Your tasks

• Organization and management of daily workshop operations
• Active participation in the production of metal construction work
• Participation in assembly and service assignments
• Planning and coordination of workshop orders
• Ensuring timely and quality-compliant production
• Ordering of materials as well as administration and management of the material warehouse
• Reading and implementing technical drawings and workshop plans
• Quality control of the completed work

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Metalworker EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in metal construction
• Experience in organizing a workshop, ideally with leadership experience
• Confident reading of technical drawings and workshop plans
• Experience in creating workshop drawings is an advantage
• Sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and an independent way of working
• Assertiveness as well as the ability to lead and motivate employees
• Quality awareness as well as a clean and precise way of working
• Reliability, flexibility, and teamwork skills
• Driver's license category B
