We are looking for Technical Buyer 80 to 100 %, 6 month fixed-term contract Your mission: In this position, you participate in the evolution of Purchasing policies and strategies and guarantee their application. You also participate in the continuous improvement of our processes and our products and ensure the strategic and operational management of the product families assigned to you. A good negotiator with a solid understanding of the technical field (mechanics, automation), you are an autonomous person and like to take on new challenges. Your creative, innovative and solution-oriented spirit will bring improvement paths with the aim of optimizing our know-how. Your main responsibilities: Strategic purchasing: Analysis and optimization of the supplier portfolio for the assigned product families Definition of specifications with internal departments as well as with suppliers Market analysis, research for new regional and international sources of supply Analysis and negotiation of total cost of ownership (TCO) Operational purchasing: Qualitative improvements of our purchases, management of non-conformities and follow-up of improvement plans with our suppliers Requests for quotations, analyses (including documentation and certifications) and volume allocations Validation of orders, negotiation of deadlines, management of the order portfolio according to established priorities Support for the management of supply parameters and purchase tariffs Your profile: Minimum 3 years of experience as a buyer in the field of industrial purchasing Knowledge/interest in regional and international supply markets Good knowledge of French and English (B2 at minimum), knowledge of German is an asset Good understanding of how an ERP works and comfort with MS Office (in particular Excel) Holder of a federal certificate or diploma in purchasing would be an asset Start date: as soon as possible Interested?
