Socioprofessional assistant / cook at 100%, Catering Service, permanent contract

• Design and prepare, autonomously, meals that meet the specific needs of users.
• Integrate and professionally reintegrate, within the framework of exercising the profession of cook, people with disabilities and/or in a temporary or permanent incapacity to find employment.
• Make activities accessible and adapt workstations to the needs of employees in adapted employment, interns and apprentices
• Evaluate them and ensure their follow-up with a multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor stock entries and exits following protocols.
• Prepare and distribute dishes (table service, self-service, cold liaison, hot liaison).
• Ensure the functioning of the kitchen while respecting the H.A.C.C.P. method.
• Perform the administrative tasks inherent to the position.
• At the request of management, work on the various catering sites.
• A CFC as a cook or a title deemed equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field.
• Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting people with social integration difficulties.
• Ease in supervising people with disabilities and/or in difficulty of insertion.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational skills, rigor, a sense of responsibility and open-mindedness.
• Good writing skills.
• Mastery of common office IT tools.
• Mastery of the French language.

The Socioprofessional Services are responsible for evaluating the physical, social and learning capacities of people with disabilities or in difficulty of insertion with a view to professional orientation and reintegration. They can also provide socioprofessional integration through adapted jobs and training in production workshops.
