PFLEGEFACHPERSON (60--80%) SPITEX WITH CASE MANAGEMENT starting immediately or by arrangement. RE-ENTRANTS ARE HEARTILY WELCOME. What you will achieve with us:  - You manage the nursing and care process - You conduct assessment and advisory interviews - You support and advise customers with complex care situations - You coach employees and trainees in professional matters  - You keep an eye on quality standards and develop them further. What you bring with you:  - Degree as Dipl.
