Your Profile • Training as a draftsman/woman EFZ in the field of architecture, technician HF-Bauplanung, construction manager HFP, architect FH/ETH, civil engineer FH/ETH, or comparable training • Initial professional experience in the construction industry or experience in construction management of construction projects in Switzerland • Knowledge of SIA standards and construction processes • Experience in tendering, awarding, construction administration, and cost management is an advantage • Safe handling of MS Office and Messerli • Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented action • Driver's license category B Your Tasks • Planning, organization, and realization of construction projects • Independent management or support of the local construction management during the execution phase • Responsibility for or participation in schedule, cost, and quality controls • Coordination of contractors, suppliers, specialist planners, authorities, and clients • Conducting and leading construction meetings as well as creating protocols and construction site reports • Participation in tendering, awarding, and contract management • Control of construction reports, measurements, contractor invoices, and changes • Ensuring compliance with SIA standards, building regulations, as well as occupational safety and environmental regulations • Carrying out quality controls, defect detection, and organization of acceptance and warranty work • Ongoing construction site documentation and updating of project documents • Contact person for project participants during the entire realization phase We Offer • Central living and working between Zürich and St. Gallen in the charming Appenzellerland • Above-average compensation • Special prices for overnight stays in Hotellerie Suisse establishments • Modern team lounge with a wide range of food and quiet areas
