Experienced Chef de Rang

• Have experience in high-end catering * Degree in hotel management / catering * Be available without time constraints * Have a set of adequate attire in order to be operational for all types of events * Available on weekends and with split shifts
• Your presentation must be irreproachable and discreet + You speak French fluently, you also master English, an additional language is an asset
• Ensure the mise en place - Ensure quality service following the standards of the host establishment - Respond in an elegant and appropriate manner to the requests of an international clientele - Ensure cleaning and tidying up at the end of service (including handling of furniture)
