Responsibilities

You perform wellness, relaxation, relaxation, and aesthetic treatments, in accordance with the needs of the clientele
You welcome, advise, and guide clients throughout their experience at the Spa
You establish a personalized treatment program and recommend suitable products
You ensure the cleanliness, order, and harmony of your workstation
You actively contribute to the sale of Guerlain treatments and products
You ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience in a Palace environment
Profile sought
You have proven experience in a Spa or a luxury hotel
You master different massage techniques and/or aesthetic treatments
You apply hygiene and quality standards with rigor
You are organized, refined, and have a sense of personalized welcome
You speak English (minimum level required); any other language is an asset
You demonstrate professionalism, dynamism, and team spirit
