Team Leader Quality Assurance & Goods Receipt (m/f/d)

Your tasks ###

• Functional and personnel leadership of the operational quality assurance (1 MA) as well as the goods receipt (3 MA).
• Processing of customer complaints, conducting root cause analyses as well as implementation of corrective and improvement measures.
• Planning and conducting of quality and process audits as well as support during internal and external audits.
• Continuous optimization of quality and production processes as well as leadership of improvement projects.
• Ensuring an efficient material flow and optimization of the storage, picking, and shipping processes.

Your profile ###

• Several years of professional experience in the areas of quality management, logistics, or production, ideally in a manufacturing industrial company.
• Leadership experience in a comparable environment desired.
• Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) is an advantage.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious way of working as well as strong communication and assertiveness skills.
• Good German and English skills as well as confident handling of Microsoft Office and SAP.
