HERE YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE ------------------------------ • Together with the sales management, you ensure that our guests do not just shop -- but take away a culinary experience. • In the event of absence, you take over the personnel and organizational leadership of the department and promote an atmosphere in which quality, style, and team spirit come together. • You support the team in daily business, provide impulses for excellent service, and contribute your strengths in actions, freshness management, and visual merchandising. • Performance tracking and KPI analysis: You keep an eye on the team's performance in order to be able to make strategic decisions that make us successful together. • You think ahead, control processes efficiently, pay attention to hygiene standards, and support events, reporting, and administrative processes. • You accompany new employees and apprentices -- and are a modern contact person. WHAT CHARACTERIZES YOU --------------------- • You have completed training in retail EFZ -- supplemented by further education. • You bring several years of professional and initial leadership experience in high-end food sales -- ideally as a Deputy Sales Manager or Team Leader. • You are a host with personality -- structured, empathetic, and solution-oriented. • You love high-quality products, understand operational processes -- and enjoy bringing people together and promoting them. • You communicate confidently in German, ideally bring additional language skills, and use digital tools with ease. • Shifts from Monday to Saturday are a matter of course for you.
