For our client, an established company in the service sector, we are looking for a reliable personality in finance and accounting with a workload of 70-100 %. In this role, you will control daily settlements, process incoming payments, and support monthly closings. You will work closely with the administration and operational areas. Starting the position is possible immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• Control of daily settlements from various operational areas, clarification of differences, and execution of daily closings
• Creation and checking of sales reports as well as preparation of operational statistics and evaluations
• Posting of bank payments, reconciliation of incoming payments, and processing of accounts receivable including dunning management
• Preparation of monthly closing documents as well as exchange with the operational departments to ensure correct settlements

You offer your new employer:

• Completed commercial or comparable training, ideally with a connection to finance and accounting
• Practical experience in accounting, especially with accounts receivable, payment postings, or daily settlements
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills, IT affinity and experience with Excel are an advantage
• Precise, structured and independent way of working as well as enjoyment of working with different contact persons
