Service Technician Maintenance / Support (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our customer, we are looking for a committed individual as a Service Technician Maintenance / Support (m/f/d), starting immediately or by arrangement. You can expect an uncomplicated, open and collegial environment in which people support each other, take on responsibility and team spirit is not neglected.

Tasks

• Independent planning and execution of maintenance (EMA, Video, Zuko)
• Recording / maintenance of master data in the corresponding systems
• Planning and scheduling with customers
• Second-level support (telephone / remote)
• Secondary areas of responsibility in the field of security technology (installation, maintenance, administration)

Profile

• Technical vocational training, e.g., as an electrical installer, assembly electrician or comparable
• Driver's license category B
• Good knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; Teams and SharePoint an advantage)
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; second national language or English an advantage
• Good, friendly interaction with customers
• Independent, reliable and precise way of working (independent daily planning)
• High sense of responsibility, impeccable reputation (security industry)
• Enthusiasm as well as a well-groomed and winning appearance
