Information and Communication Technician

In this context of growth and in order to complete this committed and creative team, we are looking for a versatile technician. YOUR ROLE You participate in the various activities of the technical and IT service, with a polyvalent and operational approach. Attached to the technical manager, your main missions will be the following: • Ensure the installation, commissioning and configuration of our digital screens at clients' premises • Respond to assistance requests, diagnose breakdowns and guide users remotely or on site • Participate in cross-functional projects in collaboration with the company's various services. YOUR PROFILE • Versatile person with a driver's license • Experience or ease with computer science. • Sense of organization, rigor and ability to manage several projects simultaneously. • Ease with installation tools. • Current French, another language would be a plus. • Team spirit, excellent communication and customer service sense. • Conscientious, open-minded, autonomous and structured personality. • Good stress management and sense of priorities.
