You will assume the overall management of complex security projects in the field of building services engineering and coach a team.

Tasks

• Overall management and coordination of large, complex security projects
• Passing on specialist knowledge to younger team members
• Coaching the team, also across different locations
• Ensuring quality and efficiency in projects
• Representation towards clients, architects, and co-planners
• Participation in company and employee development

Profile

• Several years of sound experience in security planning
• Enthusiasm for overall building services engineering planning
• Willingness to share knowledge and act as a mentor
• Flexibility and openness to new tasks
• Team spirit and strong communication skills
