El Tony Mate is going places. Literally!

We are growing and bringing El Tony Mate into even more bars, stores and to even more people across Europe.

Opening up new markets means more than just sending a few cans across the border. It requires the right partners, strong execution, the right team on the ground and someone who ensures that things move forward.

As a New Markets Specialist, you put our international growth strategy into action. You are the operational link between our markets, partners and the HQ and help to continue building El Tony Mate market by market.

Your mission:

• Together with our Director New Markets, you bring the strategy into implementation: You coordinate priorities, stay on top of topics and ensure that plans become reality.
• You coordinate day-to-day business, projects and action points with our Country Managers, distributors and internal teams. This ensures that communication between our markets and the HQ runs smoothly and everyone is pulling in the same direction.
• You support negotiations, pricing, contracts, logistics and partner follow-ups.
• Together with the team, you analyze market developments, competitors, sales performance and relevant KPIs.
• Together with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance, you coordinate market projects and activations and help to adapt sales initiatives and brand activities to local needs.
• You create reports, presentations and market insights so that we can make the right decisions together.

Your profile:

• You think internationally. You enjoy collaborating across countries, cultures and teams, and you see traveling within Europe as a plus rather than a problem.
• You speak fluent English, German and French. Spanish too? Always welcome!
• You bring around 2-3 years of experience in International Business, Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Project Management; ideally in FMCG, the beverage industry or another fast-paced environment.
• You understand how brands grow, how partnerships work and what is needed to turn market potential into real business.
• You create structure in chaos, maintain an overview and stay on it until things are done.
• You enjoy building relationships and feel comfortable even in negotiations with partners. At the same time, you have no problem diving deep into KPIs and finding out what the numbers really mean.
• You are hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented. When something needs to happen, your first thought is: "How do we make this possible?"
• And above all: You want to bring a brand you believe in to new places.
