Reporting to the Human Resources Department, you will support a portfolio of approximately 200 employees, ensuring a role as a local HR partner. You will intervene across the entire employee life cycle, with the support of an HR administrative team in charge of routine administrative management. Your responsibilities \- Advise and support line managers as well as employees on all HR matters. \- Manage recruitment processes from A to Z: needs analysis, posting advertisements, selection of applications, conducting interviews, and integration. \- Manage contractual procedures and events related to the employee journey (hires, contractual modifications, departures, work certificates, etc.). \- Ensure the monitoring of individual situations, particularly long-term absences. \- Provide support in handling questions related to labor law and the regulatory framework applicable to the public sector. \- Be a reference contact for managers and employees within your scope of responsibility. Possible additional mission Our client has an apprenticeship hub grouping around thirty apprentices. Depending on your experience and interest in this topic, an additional responsibility related to the coordination or monitoring of this hub may be entrusted to you. Your profile • Higher education in Human Resources (certificate, or HR federal diploma a plus) • Several years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role. • Good mastery of HR processes covering the entire employee life cycle. • Experience in recruitment and supporting managers. • Knowledge of Swiss labor law. • Experience within a public administration or a parapublic environment is a significant asset. • Operational, autonomous, and pragmatic personality. • Excellent organizational skills, sense of service, and ability to establish relationships of trust with various interlocutors.
