Risk and Compliance Responsible (60-80%) Your tasks: Compliance & Risk responsibility for the company towards FINMA (incl. Anti-Money Laundering Officer and Data Protection Officer) Review and continuous updating of internal instructions, processes, control plans as well as contracts with third parties (e.g. banks, fund administrators). Informing the Executive Board about legal and regulatory innovations incl. requesting necessary measures and controls. Reporting to the Executive Board and the Board of Directors: Preparation of the periodic compliance reports and the annual risk analyses of the company. Implementation and follow-up of risk-related control measures (individual portfolio management and collective investment schemes according to KAG), periodically and in daily business. Maintenance and control of securities and client master data, incl. openings and liquidations Implementation and documentation of employee training on cross-border, money laundering, codes of conduct and regulatory developments. Ideally: Responsibility for the functionality and data maintenance of the internal IT systems (database, printer, telephony) in cooperation with external service providers. First-level support for hardware and onsite support for IT application questions. What you bring: Completed studies in the field of law, economics, finance or comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in the field of Risk Management and/or Compliance in the financial services industry. Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements (esp. KAG, GwG, FIDLEG/FINIG, FATCA, AIA, MIFID II and cross-border, KYC, Data Protection Act). Experience in dealing with control and monitoring processes. Ideally: IT affinity and experience in the support of internal IT systems, various business hardware, as well as telephony, WLAN, Bloomberg, websites and newsletters. Independent, structured and conscientious way of working. Strong communication skills, assertiveness and high social competence. Very good German skills in speaking and writing, good English skills an advantage.
