In this function, you will support the management of corporate development in controlling and further developing the strategic project and transformation portfolio. You will create transparency about strategic initiatives, develop portfolio methods and reporting further, and make a significant contribution to the sustainable transformation of the Insel Gruppe. This is what you can expect <br /> • Co-design and development of an integrated portfolio management framework for the Insel Gruppe • Evaluation, prioritization, and accompaniment of strategic projects • Creation of decision-making bases for management and the board of directors • Conducting portfolio reviews and further development of reporting and key figure systems • Creation of transparency about resource bottlenecks and evaluation of project and portfolio data to enable well-founded strategic prioritization decisions. • Further development of portfolio management methods, governance, and standards • Promotion of professionalization of project and program management through methods, standards, training, and mentoring. <br /> This is what you bring <br /> • University degree in business administration, health management, life sciences, industrial engineering, or a comparable field • Further education in project, program, or portfolio management (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) or corresponding professional experience • Proven experience in building and developing project, program, and portfolio management in complex organizations, preferably in the healthcare sector, life sciences, or other regulated industries • Experience in transformation and change projects • Analytical strength as well as pronounced communication and stakeholder management skills <br /> Our offer <br /> • Exciting and challenging function at the interface of strategy, transformation, and governance • Activity in a dynamic environment with high visibility • Active co-design of the future of one of the leading hospital groups in Switzerland • Responsible role with strategic influence <br /> Questions about the position?
