Social Worker - Ambulatory Personal Accompaniment

LumVia is a young company with great development potential. We offer ambulatory personal accompaniment in the living environment of people and offer our services for people with support needs in the city and canton of Zurich (SEBE Zurich). Our approach is holistic and humanistic - self-determination and participation are at the center for us. Your tasks: ### • Accompaniment and promotion of people with support needs in different life situations in their personal everyday life • Development and implementation of individual promotion plans for optimizing everyday life • Cooperation with relatives, institutions and specialist agencies • Participation in leisure activities and social integration • Professional documentation of work • Reflection and quality development of support services in the team Your profile ### • Study of Social Work (at least in the main course of study) or completed study / equivalent training • Enjoyment of working with people and interest in a holistic, humanistic and resource-oriented approach • Independent, responsible and flexible working method • Willingness to work with flexible hours (including weekends, at least 1x per month) • Teamwork and openness for interdisciplinary cooperation We offer ### • Flexible working hours (40-50%) - ideal for combining with studies • Deployments in the Zurich area (city and country) • Fair salary model based on market standards • A committed, young and collegial team as well as the opportunity to actively help shape a growing offer
