• Functional and personnel leadership of the team

• Participation in corporate development and recruitment
• Communication with internal and external partners
• Infrastructure management at regional administrative centers

The requirement profile ####

• Commercial or business administration basic training
• Leadership training or willingness to undergo further training
• Several years of experience in the social insurance sector present
• Affinity for administrative and digital processes
• Strong communication skills and networked thinking
