Apprenticeship as Plant Operator EFZ 2027 # 100% Reference number 19609 What you can achieve • You reliably operate and monitor our state-of-the-art production and packaging plants. • After each product changeover, you find the correct settings and adjust the plant accordingly. • During your training, you will acquire comprehensive knowledge of material science, productivity, quality control, error analysis, and hygiene regulations. • You analyze malfunctions, recognize optimization potential, and support improvements in the process. • With your commitment, you ensure that our products leave the plant on time, safely, and in the best quality. What you bring with you • You have a Real or Seka school leaving certificate. • Technology fascinates you and you have good manual dexterity. • Care and cleanliness are a matter of course for you when working – especially with food. • You enjoy working in a team and can organize yourself well. • With a good sense for machines and processes, you will quickly find your place in production. • Your German language skills correspond to at least level B1.
