We are currently offering the opportunity to join a dynamic and recognized company for a site in Vevey, as: Technical Caretaker M/F Job Description ## As part of this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running, maintenance, and technical management of the site while guaranteeing a quality service to users. • Planning and execution of service interventions • Installation and commissioning of devices (heating, air conditioning, ventilation) • Diagnosis of technical problems and analysis of defects • Maintenance and repair work • Cleaning of surfaces, snow removal operations and maintenance of green spaces • Management of general administrative tasks • Participation in the on-call service Profile sought ## You possess solid technical skills and a good sense of service, while being comfortable in a versatile environment. • Driver's license and vehicle indispensable • Experience in the fields of electricity, mechanics or HVAC • Good technical knowledge (machines, equipment, devices and programs) • Excellent oral communication and good writing ability • Team spirit, interpersonal ease and ability to collaborate with different interlocutors • Sense of commitment and ability to get involved to achieve common objectives What we offer #### • A three-month mission with permanent engagement afterwards • The opportunity to join a recognized and structured company • A dynamic and professional working environment • A varied position with responsibilities and autonomy
