Group Leader*in OR Services Permanent position Stadtspital Zürich For our department OR Supply and OR Services, we are looking for a committed personality starting immediately or by arrangement. Tasks You lead the OR Cleaning and OR Support teams across locations and coordinate the daily operational business. You ensure hygiene-compliant OR cleaning as well as smooth material supply, thereby making an important contribution to patient and operational safety. You accompany, promote, and assess your employees in their professional, methodological, social, and self-competence and continuously develop your teams. You optimize the processes surrounding cleaning, material logistics, and support and work closely with the internal interfaces in the OR. You are responsible for compliance with quality, hygiene, safety, and compliance specifications and ensure their consistent implementation. You actively participate in projects for the further development of processes and services. Profile Completed basic training at EFZ level in healthcare, logistics, or the field of hospitality/housekeeping (e.g., Fachperson Hauswirtschaft EFZ, Hotelfachperson EFZ, Logistiker*in EFZ, Fachperson Reinigungstechnik EFZ) Further training at HF level is an advantage, e.g., in the field of Facility Management HF or comparable Several years of professional experience in a similar area, ideally with leadership responsibility Leadership training or the willingness to complete it Resilience, flexibility, as well as a high awareness of quality and service Strong communication skills, teamwork, initiative, and openness to new ideas Willingness to work shifts and weekends We offer We offer you more than just a job!
